coach, consultant & mediator.
It is our deepest
desire to be seen
what I offer
From January 2023 I will be offering new open online courses:
Space for unlearning racism
If we deal critically with racism and our own images and ideas and want to change them, uncertainties, uncomfortable feelings and often speechlessness in view of the scope of the topic quickly arise.

In the Racism Unlearning Room, I offer a small group a confidential and safe space to face these insecurities. First of all, I offer the unlearning room in two formats: as a course for people without their own experience of racism and as an empowerment course for people with experience of racism.
Voices from the space for unlearning racism at BFH Bern 2021-22:
I consult organisations
on topics of change, diversity,
racism and conflict-transformation
Humanity is always at the center of my work, regardless of whether it is organizational consulting on diversity, conflict transformation or organizational development. The question that underlies all my work is how can we be more human, more authentic and connected in dealing with others and ourselves. The more we get in touch with our humanity, both individually and with one another, the more we will be fulfilled in our work and thus more effective.
coaching and supervision
It is our deepest desire to be seen. I consider it my gift and therefore also my task to enable people to see themselves and others in their complex facets. Only such a comprehensive seeing and being seen creates an emotional basis for an authentic examination of challenging topics and situations in the private and work context. If we have the courage to look at and name hidden imprints, injuries and insecurities, we can invite transformation where there was previously a standstill, healing can begin where none was in sight before.
In my work, I offer individuals and groups the opportunity to open up and make themselves visible - in a quiet, non-judgmental, but appreciative space.

I have very different identities within me that complement each other and that I connect with each other. As a child I grew up bicultural and bilingual: Eritrea – Germany. Tigrinya – German. Both the languages and these very different cultural perspectives have always made me understand that great differences do not have to contradict each other, but are very enriching.
